Rosa Parks

Rosa Parks was an important person that helped us today. Rosa Park was born February 4th 1913 and died in October 24th 2005. She motivated me because she didnt want to sit in the back of the bus when the white person told her to get up. She was very brave and intelligent. She organized and collaborated with the Cival rights leader. Her husband name was Raymond Parks. Rosa Park inspired many people because she is a brave woman and she respects people if they respect her. Rosa parks was named Rosa Louise by her parents. She moved with her grandparents because her parents were separated when she was two years old.

Her mother home schooled her until she was eleven. She started college but then she dropped out to take care of her grandmother who became ill. Her husband Raymond Parks was a barber. Rosa Parks was an African American woman. Rosa Parks childhood brought her early experiences with discrimination for racial equality. Rosa Parks grandparents were former slaves. Her Grandfather stood outside with a shotgun while the Ku Klux Klan were marching down the streets. The achiever, Rosa Parks attended segregated schools but that did not work out because she had to take care of her grandmother In Pine Level. Rosa got her degree in the year of 1933. Rosa Parks was the secretary to president E.D, Nixon until the year of 1957.

Mice and Men

George needed to shoot Lennie. Even though some people believe that George did not need to shoot Lennie well, he deserved it. Lennie was not always the person you looked up to. Would you have shot Lennie? The first reason why George had to shoot Lennie is because Lennie killed Curley’s wife. Lennie had no rights to lay a hand on his wife. Lennie broke Curley’s wife neck. If Curly got a chance to kill Lennie he would of probably made his death worst. Lennie was making his life worst by doing this. Wouldn’t you get mad is someone killed your wife?                 

The second reason why George shot Lennie was that he had a mental retardation. Lennie could not live by himself without causing trouble. Lennie loves to touch soft things and when he does a lot of negative thing happens. Lennie killed a mouse because it was soft and he could not control his strength when he was touching it. If Lennie never had George to watch him we do not know what he would of did by now. Lennie has the brain of a five year old and does things he is not sopposed to.

The third reason why George had to shoot Lennie was because he was worthless. Lennie was just like Candy’s old dog. Lennie did not have a job and he did not enjoy his life the way a man like him should be. Lennie lives a boring five year old life. Lennie wasn not succesful and he was living with George because he could not take care of himself. Do you think Lennie was worthless?

Lennie got shot by George and it was meant to be. Lennie was so immature and did not deserve to be in this world. Lennie was not responsible and did many disrespecting things. How do you feel about Lennie’s death?

Bill of Right for Whom

I think every man should be equal because you should not change some ones life just because of there culture. This is not fair because what happens if the whites get more things then the blacks or the black getting more stuff then the white people it just would not be fair. Also many people would not be as happy as they are usually are. The people that would not be happy are the people getting violated because one culture is getting more respect then another culture. Would you like if you were getting treated with less respect than another culture?

The Germans had treated the Jews like they were garbage. If you wasnt working material they killed you. Also they seperated boy and girls and they only got to eat a serving of bread or soup. The jews actually starved to death because there belly's looked like crumbled cans. The Jews got screamed at, cursed at and even beating. They were both  kept like animals.The Americans died in there home land. They were both treated horribly. The Jews died in a concentration camp but the Americans died in there own land. Basically they both been through some hard times.

Nearing the End

The Holocaust ended may, 8 1945. The Nazi got defeated in the war by Russia and the U.S. After Hitler died in the year of 1945 the Germans decided to just let the Jews be free. The allies came to the concetration camp to free the Jews. This makes me aware that times were hard back in the day. Also it makes of think of all the suffering they had to goto and that im lucky to have my life the way it is now.

Genocide today?

In the Armenian genocide around the 10000 and 20000 they were killed in 1895 and many were forcibly converted to Islam. One country genocide occured in was Rusia. I believe that'' History repeats itself'' because first it was the Armenian and now the Jews. Later on there is going to be more genocide in the world.

Title Night

The title of the book Night probley means evil and darkness. I say that because they were geting abused and they were starving to death. Many people were treated wrong and they all had a number. Would you rather be called a number or your name? This makes me feel sad because what happened if you was in this position.Publish Post
